We charge a standard delivery cost of €55/m³ for deliveries in Belgium and €65/m³ for deliveries in the Netherlands & Luxembourg. This is a regular delivery service that includes delivery of your item(s) to the ground floor in the entrance hall. We also kindly ask you to help our driver if necessary.  

There is a minimum of 1m³ charged per delivery. Your total delivery cost will be calculated and indicated during checkout. Don't hesitate to contact us if you live outside of the BENELUX area to see how we can help you. 

Pick-up from our warehouse in Boom, Belgium, is free.

Pick-up is available every Thursday from 8-11.30AM in the morning or 12.30-6.30PM in the afternoon. Please indicate your pick-up date during check-out. Make sure you've checked the right dimensions of the item(s), so that it can fit in your car. To guarantee safe transport, please bring moving blankets with you as our products aren't packed in their original packaging.

In case you've ordered a gift card, it will arrive directly in your inbox upon purchase, which you can then print out or email directly.

You have 14 days after delivery to decide to return your product, providing it is in the same state it was delivered in. Please note, this only applies to consumer orders. We will then offer a full refund. You can choose to return the item yourself to our warehouse (located in Boom, Belgium), or to have it picked up for a fee (€55/m³ for Belgium, €65/m³ for the Netherlands & Luxembourg).
