We ship furniture to the Benelux and Germany. Please note that deliveries are curbside only: items will not be carried upstairs, downstairs, or inside your home. An adult must be present to assist the driver if needed and to sign for delivery. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, with a minimum charge of 1m³ per order. If you prefer, you can pick up your order free of charge from our warehouse in Boom, Belgium. Simply indicate your preferred pick-up date during checkout. Please make sure the items will fit in your vehicle, and bring moving blankets to protect them during transport, as they are not packed in their original packaging.

Accessories are shipped separately and delivered directly to you via FedEx. Just select this option at checkout.

You have 14 days after delivery to decide to return your product, providing it is in the same state it was delivered in. Please note, this only applies to consumer orders. We will then offer a full refund. You can choose to return the item yourself to our warehouse (located in Boom, Belgium), or to have it picked up for a fee (€72,6/m³ for Belgium, €84,7/m³ for the Netherlands & Luxembourg).
