Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract, within 14 days from the day of delivery, without giving any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, consumers may notify Live Light BV of his/her decision to withdraw
from the contract by an unequivocal statement by writing or by using the model withdrawal form hereunder.
Consumers may choose to return the item(s) themselves to our warehouse (located in Boom, Belgium), or to have it picked up for a fee
(€55/m³ for Belgium, €65/m³ for the Netherlands & Luxembourg).
